Bathroom renovation
A large bathroom renovation (one small and one large bathroom) here in Jávea where our client wanted a "rustic luxurious" style. This kind of job is very inspiring and for the 2nd bathroom we installed "Barcelona inspirated" floor tiles, which client really liked!
Recently we also renovated a larger bathroom for a local client in Jávea, adding tiling creativity to the raw iron details.
We often help clients with leaking problems, the picures below shows before and after in a bathroom that was leaking water into a near located bedroom. The bathroom was in an general advanceed deterioriation, but we repaired and renewed it. A true improvement not only solving the leakage, but also creating a modern look of this rather old bathroom.
Waterproofing roof terrace
This has become one of our "especialidades" - waterproofing of house terraces. We use quality product from the Spanish industrial company Tecnol. This adapted painting product called TQ Impertec is specifically practical in this climate. It is a hard sun and UV-resistent product that work perfectly for these kind of waterproofing jobs in the Costa Blanca area.
We always remind our clients to keep a regular eye on their terrace roofs due to the high risk of leakage or mildew damage on older houses. It is important to check the water level after each heavy rain and also during summertime when sun easy tears up old floor painting and protectors.
Total renovation Montgó área
We realised a large scaled renovation for a local client here in Jávea. It started with some general repair of the stone wall construction and over time we did re-tiling and painting. Also, waterproofing roof areas.
Outdoor storage
A project where we helped a client with the montage and construction of a garden storage. We needed to level the ground in order to create a stable and fixed ground for the house to stand on and we constructed the concrete ground for the base of the storage.
This job is not really complicated for me to realise, but it includes various technical details that also make the difference between this kind of storage and a regular standard version. Our client will have good use for this storage house many years!
New terrace construction
This project was based on our clients need to solve a leakage problem. The terrace was leaking rain water in to the underlaying department, which I solved with a special waterproofing technique using Tecnol quality products.
We suggested a new design of the terrace since we anyhow would need to lay new tiles in almost the whole area. The final result was a completely new and waterproofed terrace with nice tiles that create an open space and with an elegant perimeter fence instead of the old cement columns. The new terrace really favors the stunning vies from this property!
Pergola with roof
Our client wanted a chill out corner around the pool so we decided to create a pergola on an open spot. We made the ground work, tiling and also the electrical installation.
